Adventures of a Barefoot Princess: A Paradigm Shift- Everyone Just Needs Someone to Care

The focus of Barefoot Princess is to share resources, news, and concepts of sustainable, regenerative culture. This journey began perhaps with my first yoga class in 2006, and continued as I rediscovered my roots and followed my heart's visions and inspirations to several intentional communities throughout the United States- some who's focus was yoga, others sustainability education. The winds have blown me to magical places, and most recently to central New Jersey, where I will be diving into suburban homesteading and hoping to inspire and support community and conscious evolution. This blog chronicles my journeys, with topics including permaculture, travel, going local, food and recipes, foraging, herbal medicine, indigenous wisdom, books, events, and so much more... It is my hope and my intention that what I share here will help gravitate the reader towards her or his fullest happiness and fulfillment.
